Medications are delivered via Nova Post or Ukrposhta.

📝 What You Need to Know When Requesting Medical Assistance

Specify Your Need:

When submitting the request form, please indicate the specific type of medicine or medical support you need:
▪️ Prescription medications
▪️ Over-the-counter medications
▪️ Medical equipment (e.g., blood pressure monitor, glucometer)
▪️ Veterinary medications

Personal Information:

To process your request, we require the following details:
▪️ Full name
▪️ Passport information
▪️ Delivery address
▪️ A valid prescription for any prescription medications

Document Confirmation:

To ensure transparency and accountability to our donors, we require a signed confirmation of receipt.
▪️ In Kramatorsk, the document is signed upon receiving the assistance in person
▪️ If aid is delivered via Nova Poshta, the confirmation form will be included in the package
📸 After receiving the package, please sign the form and send a photo of it via Viber or Telegram to one of our volunteers.
